1 hot red pepper, finely chopped
1 tablespoon minced onion
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/8 teaspoon salt


Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Serve sauce with any fried fish.
