Satin Icing

Southern Living
Improvise a double boiler to make the icing by placing a metal bowl on top of a saucepan with boiling water. The bowl will be hot, so make sure you use hot pads. Water should not touch the bottom of the bowl, and be careful that no water splashes into the icing.
