3 small, ripe avocados, halved and pitted
2/3 cup onion, chopped
2/3 cup packed fresh cilantro, chopped
1/3 cup fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, seeded and finely chopped, plus 1 Tbsp. adobo sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt


Scoop avocado flesh into bowl and mash with fork.

Stir in remaining ingredients.
