1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chiles, undrained
1 large clove garlic, minced

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Serve with chicken or pork or as a dip with no-oil baked tortilla chips.
