Salted Pecans

1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups pecan halves


Melt butter in a large skillet; add salt and stir well. Add enough pecans to form a single layer in skillet. Cook over low heat until pecans are lightly browned. Drain on paper towels. Repeat browning procedure with remaining pecans.
