4 to 5 plum tomatoes, quartered and seeded
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 small jalapeño pepper, seeded and sliced
3 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro


Process first 6 ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Stir in cilantro. Chill until ready to serve.
