1 1/2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup thinly sliced radishes
1/4 cup slivered red onion
1 (5-ounce) package spinach-arugula salad blend

Preparation

Combine olive oil, vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, pepper, and salt in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk. Add radishes, onion, and spinach-arugula salad blend; toss well to coat.
