1 tub Knorr® Homestyle Stock - Chicken
1 small onion, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary or 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 medium all-purpose potatoes (about 2 lbs.), peeled, if desired, and cut into 1-inch chunks

Preparation

Prep: 10 Minutes
Cook: 50 Minutes

Preheat oven to 450°.

Combine all ingredients except potatoes in large bowl. Add potatoes; toss to coat.

Turn into 13 x 9-inch roasting pan. Roast, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender and golden, about 50 minutes.
