3 tablespoons minced shallots
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
1 1/2 tablespoons crushed green peppercorns
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/8 teaspoon salt


Combine minced shallots, chopped fresh rosemary, crushed green peppercorns, red wine vinegar, and salt, and chill the shallot mixture for 30 minutes. Serve with oysters.
