A mix of oats, wheat, barley, and rye with a robust 37g whole grains per serving.

2/3 cup 1% low-ft milk
2 tablespoons grated carrot
2 tablespoons grated apple
1 tablespoon golden raisins
1 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar
Dash of nutmeg
Dash of ground ginger
Dash of cinnamon
1 packet 365 Everyday Value Organic Multigrain with Flax Hot Cereal
1 tablespoon 1/3-less-fat cream cheese
1 teaspoon powdered sugar


Combine milk, carrot, ­apple, raisins, brown sugar, and a dash each of nutmeg, ground ginger, and cinnamon. Add packet of cereal. Microwave at HIGH 45 to 60 seconds or until thick. Top with cream cheese mixed with powdered sugar.
