1 (20-oz.) package frozen roasted potato wedges
1 1/4 cups HELLMANN'S or BEST FOODS Real Mayonnaise
4 teaspoons chopped fresh tarragon
1 1/2 teaspoons horseradish
1 teaspoon white balsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
Garnishes: freshly ground pepper, chopped fresh tarragon


Prepare potato wedges according to package directions.

Meanwhile, stir together mayonnaise and next 5 ingredients in a small bowl. Serve with potato wedges. Garnish, if desired.
