Roasted New Potatoes

1 pound new potatoes, quartered
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper


Toss all ingredients together, and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 450° for 20 minutes or until tender.
