For a simple side dish, try Roasted Green Beans. Five ingredients not only makes this veggie quick but flavorful too.
Serves 4 (serving size: about 3/4 cup)

1/2 pound haricots verts, trimmed
1/2 pound wax beans, trimmed
1/2 cup thinly sliced shallots
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt


Preheat oven to 450°. Combine haricots verts, wax beans, shallots, olive oil, and kosher salt on a foil-lined baking sheet. Roast at 450° for 10 minutes or until crisp-tender.
