Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cups cauliflower florets
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425°.

Combine oil and cauliflower in a large bowl, tossing well.

Arrange cauliflower in 1 layer on a jelly roll pan. Bake at 425° for 8 minutes or until crisp-tender, stirring once. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
