These are not your mamma’s sprouts! Roasted to perfection, they are a quick and super-easy side to add to any meal and offer a healthy dose of vitamins, fiber, and antioxidants.
Serves 4 (serving size: about 3/4 cup)
1. Preheat oven to 450°.
2. Place Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Drizzle with oil; toss to coat. Sprinkle with pepper and salt. Bake at 450° for 17 minutes or until tender (do not stir).
