Ring Around Chicken

1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
3 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup milk
3 cups chopped cooked chicken
1/2 cup sliced ripe olives
2 tablespoons chopped pimiento
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper


Melt butter in a large, heavy saucepan over low heat; add flour, stirring until smooth. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add broth and milk; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly. Stir in chicken, olives, pimiento, salt, and pepper. Spoon creamed chicken over Biscuit Ring. Serve immediately.
