Rigatoni With Bell Peppers

Brush ready-to-bake rolls from the grocery store with olive oil before baking.

2 garlic cloves, pressed
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
1 small onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
5 ounces rigatoni, cooked
1 (4-ounce) package crumbled feta cheese
8 pitted kalamata olives, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped fresh or 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper


Prep: 10 Minutes
Cook: 20 Minutes

1. Cook first 4 ingredients in hot oil in a large skillet 5 minutes, stirring often. Add remaining ingredients to skillet; stir 3 minutes or until cheese begins to melt. Serve immediately.
