4 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 1/4 cups uncooked regular rice
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Combine broth and butter in a large saucepan; bring to a boil. Stir in rice, parsley, and pepper. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 25 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed.
