Rémoulade Dressing

Mayonnaise and Creole mustard form the base for this basic remoulade dressing.

This recipe goes with Shrimp Po'boy Salad with Rémoulade Dressing.

Makes 1 1/2 cups

1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup sliced green onions
2 tablespoons Creole mustard
2 teaspoons lemon zest
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper

Total: 35 Minutes

Whisk together all ingredients. Cover and chill 30 minutes before serving. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 3 days.
