Caramel Spiced Eggnog Recipe

An easy no-cook eggnog recipe made with pudding, evaporated milk and spice for a quick treat

4 pudding cups (3.25 oz each) Snack Pack® Butterscotch Pudding
1 cup Egg Beaters® Original
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 can (12 oz each) low fat evaporated milk
2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon rum extract
Reddi-wip® Original Dairy Whipped Topping, optional


Prep: 10 Minutes
Cook: 10 Minutes

Whisk together pudding, Egg Beaters and spice with whisk in large bowl until blended.
Add milk, brown sugar and extract; stir until blended. Serve immediately. Top with Reddi-wip, if desired.
