Red Wine Vinaigrette

1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1 garlic clove, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons coarsely chopped shallots
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon stone-ground mustard
1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup vegetable oil


Process first 8 ingredients in a food processor or blender until blended. With processor running, add oils in a slow, steady stream; process until blended.
