3 tablespoons green peppercorn mustard with white wine
1 tablespoon freshly ground pepper
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
1 large clove garlic, minced

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Use to marinate beef, pork, or lamb.
