1. Assemble and attach KitchenAid® Fruit/Vegetable Strainer attachment to the KitchenAid® Stand Mixer. Turn to Speed 4 and strain tomatoes into a large glass bowl.
2. Assemble and attach KitchenAid® Food Grinder attachment to the KitchenAid® Stand Mixer. Use the coarse grinding plate, turn to Speed 4 and grind celery, peppers and onion into glass bowl.
3. Add salt, sugar, allspice, cinnamon, cloves and vinegar; mix well.
4. Cover and refrigerate, stirring occasionally, at least 8 hours before serving.
