Red Bell Pepper Coulis is the perfect dipping sauce for Lionfish Fritters.

Makes about 3/4 cup

2 red bell peppers, roasted, skin and seeds removed
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/3 cup olive oil


Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor; process until smooth.
