Raspberry Honey

Flavor honey with raspberries to top pancakes or biscuits.

1 cup honey
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries


Total: 10 Minutes

Heat honey in a small saucepan over low heat. When hot, add raspberries. Cook, stirring occasionally, until berries start falling apart. Serve in a spouted pitcher.
