Ranch-Style Potatoes

8 medium potatoes, cleaned and peeled
1 (12-ounce) package bacon, diced
1 large onion, chopped


Cut potatoes into 1/4-inch-thick slices; set aside.

Cook bacon and onion in a large skillet over medium heat until drippings begin to form in bottom of skillet. Add potatoes, and cook, uncovered, 10 minutes or until potatoes are lightly browned. Cover and cook an additional 5 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
