Raisin Stuffing

1 pound ground beef
1 (15-ounce) package raisins
1 small onion, chopped
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon ground thyme
5 1/2 cups cracker crumbs
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper


Combine first 6 ingredients in a Dutch oven; cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until beef is browned and onion is tender. Add remaining ingredients; stir well.
