Bring water and quinoa to a boil in a small saucepan. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 13 minutes or until liquid is absorbed; let stand 5 minutes. Stir in avocado, radishes, parsley, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and salt. Sprinkle with a dash of freshly ground black pepper.
