1 tablespoon butter
8 cups stemmed and chopped Lacinato kale
2 tablespoons water
1 1/2 teaspoons cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add kale and water to pan; cover and cook 2 minutes or until wilted. Uncover and cook 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Stir in vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
