Try this 5-ingredient beef sandwich for a tasty and substantial lunch.

2 tablespoons garlic-herb cream-cheese spread such as Alouette
1 whole-grain hamburger bun
2 tablespoons chopped sun-dried tomatoes
4 ounces thinly sliced deli roast beef
1/2 cup baby spinach, tough stems removed


Prep: 5 Minutes

Spread cheese evenly on bun slices. Top 1 slice, cheese side up, with tomatoes, beef and spinach. Top with remaining bun slice, cheese side down. Cut in half if desired.
