Pork Kabobs

1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
1/2 teaspoon dried whole rosemary
1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage
Dash of pepper
2 pounds lean boneless pork, cut into 1-inch cubes


Combine all ingredients except pork; mix well. Add pork, and stir to coat; cover and refrigerate overnight. Place pork on skewers; reserve any remaining marinade. Place kabobs 5 to 6 inches from medium coals. Grill 40 minutes or until done, turning frequently; baste with reserved marinade during last 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
