Poppy Seed Dressing

Leftover apricot nectar may be used for chicken or seafood marinades, brushed over pork chops, or simply enjoyed chilled.

Ingredients

1/2 cup apricot or pear nectar
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon poppy seeds

Preparation

Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl. Chill, if desired. Serve with fresh fruit.
