Pita Melt with Egg and Tomatoes

1 ounce low fat or non fat cheese of choice
2 ounce whole wheat pita bread
1 Tomato (Italian plum)
2 eggs (large)


Open pita, place cheese inside and broil in toaster oven until cheese melts. Cut hard-boiled eggs in half and remove yolk; slice egg whites and tomato. Layer all ingredients inside pita on top of cheese and serve.
