Pistachio Topping

2/3 cup unsalted pistachio nuts
1/3 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, cut into pieces


Process first 6 ingredients in a food processor until nuts are coarsely chopped. Add butter to processor; pulse until mixture is crumbly. Set aside.
