Pinwheel Jelly Sandwiches

8 slices white bread, crust removed
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
About 5 tablespoons strawberry jelly


Using a rolling pin, flatten each slice of bread.

Spread each slice of bread with 1 tablespoon peanut butter and 2 teaspoons strawberry jelly, covering to edges. Roll up bread slices, jellyroll fashion, and wrap each sandwich tightly in waxed paper. Refrigerate overnight.

Remove sandwiches from waxed paper, and cut each sandwich crosswise into four 1- inch pinwheels.
