Pineapple Angel Food Cake

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 egg yolk, beaten
2 tablespoons pineapple juice
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
3 tablespoons crushed pineapple

Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except pineapple; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer about 2 minutes or until slightly thickened. Stir in pineapple. Spoon Pineapple Glaze over cake.
