In a mixing bowl or food processor, add Wisconsin 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese and mix/process until softened.
Add the whole milk Ricotta cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper to the Cream cheese and continue to mix/process until incorporated.
Fold in the remaining ingredients and serve with sliced baguette or a variety of crackers.

Caramelize onions by placing in a sauté pan with a tablespoon of oil or butter. Cook on medium low heat for about 30 minutes, stirring every couple of minutes.
