Petal Honey Butter

1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cups

1 cup firmly packed rose petals
1/3 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup honey

Preparation

To make the butter, remove the white "nails" from the rose petals. Combine petals, butter, and honey in food processor. Process until well blended. Chill thoroughly. Package in an airtight container.
