Spread pesto over country bread and top with bell pepper, tomato, and feta to prepare this flavorful bruschetta.
Cost per Serving:
1. Place an oven rack about 4 inches from heat source; preheat broiler to high.
2. Arrange bread slices on an ungreased baking sheet. Spread with pesto, then top with pepper, tomato and cheese.
3. Broil bruschetta until edges are lightly browned, 3 to 5 minutes. (Watch pieces carefully to avoid burned edges.) Serve immediately.
