1/2 cup hulled pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup golden raisins

Preparation

Heat four servings of leftover basmati rice in a microwave for 3 to 4 minutes on high or until heated through. Fold in 1/2 cup hulled pumpkin seeds and 1/2 cup golden raisins.
