Penne with Quick Meat Sauce

1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 jar (about 26 ounces) spaghetti sauce
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon dried basil or oregano leaves
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 package RONZONI HEALTHY HARVEST Penne, uncooked
Grated Parmesan cheese


In large skillet, cook meat until browned; drain. Add onion; cook until tender. Stir in spaghetti sauce, parsley, basil or oregano, salt and pepper; simmer 5 to 10 minutes. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Toss hot pasta with meat sauce; sprinkle with cheese, if desired.
