Pecan, Prosciutto, and Brie Sandwich

1 tablespoon roasted pecan butter
2 (1-ounce) whole-grain bread slices
4 large spinach leaves
2 teaspoons pepper jelly
1/2 ounce Brie cheese
1/2 ounce thinly sliced prosciutto


Spread half of pecan butter on one side of each bread slice. Layer one slice with spinach, pepper jelly, Brie, and prosciutto. Top with remaining bread slice, pecan butter side down.
