Peanut Dipping Sauce

1/2 cup (serving size: 1 1/4 teaspoon)

1/3 cup fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
1/4 cup reduced-fat creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon minced fresh peeled ginger
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce
1 garlic clove, minced


1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan; stir with a whisk until well blended. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, and cook 5 minutes or until slightly thick. Remove from heat; cool slightly. Serve with pork.
