Peanut Butter Wrap with Milk and Fruit

1 1/2 tablespoon low sodium peanut butter
1 tortilla
2 ounce barley nugget cereal

Preparation

For best nutrition, choose "low fat" no sugar added peanut butter. Spread peanut butter on tortilla then top with cereal and roll. You can heat tortilla in microwave for about 20 seconds, wrapped in a damp paper towel, or in warm oven (300 degrees) for approximately 2 minutes.
