Peach Yogurt Refresher

Known in India as lassi (lah-see), this shake-like beverage is usually prepared with mango. It's a healthy way to start your day.
Makes 5 cups


+ Add To Shopping List
3 cups plain yogurt
1 cup sliced fresh peaches*
1/2 cup water
6 tablespoons sugar


Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Serve over ice.

*1 cup fresh mango slices may be substituted.
