1. Place peaches in a blender or food processor; process until finely chopped. Combine peaches, half-and-half, and remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Pour peach mixture into the freezer can of an ice-cream freezer; freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Spoon ice cream into a freezer-safe container; cover and freeze 2 hours or until firm.
Young Chefs can:
Put top on blender, and press blender buttons with adult supervision
Add measured sugar to peaches
Older Chefs can:
Place peaches in blender, and blend peaches with adult supervision
Pour mixture into ice-cream freezer
