Pasta With Fresh Garlic Oil

4 ounces uncooked vermicelli
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley


Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Drain; set aside, and keep warm.

Combine olive oil and next 5 ingredients in a small bowl. Combine pasta, oil mixture, and parsley, tossing well.
