4 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450°.

Cut polenta evenly into eight slices. Coat both sides with cooking spray; place on a baking sheet. Sprinkle evenly with cheese. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes.
