Parmesan-Parsley Butter

Nothing--repeat, nothing--tastes better this time of year than fresh corn on the cob. Just cook up your favorite variety, and then flavor it with one of our tasty butters. Start with 1/2 cup softened butter, and add our suggested stir-ins.
Makes 1/2 cup

1/2 cup softened butter
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Stir softened butter; stir in Parmesan cheese and remaining ingredients.
