When choosing papaya, look for fruit that gives slightly to pressure. If it isn't ripe yet, keep it in a sealed brown paper bag for a few days.
Serves 4 (serving size: 1 cup)

2 cups chopped papaya (about 1 papaya), frozen
1 cup chopped fresh pineapple, frozen
1 cup chopped peeled ripe peaches, frozen (1 large)
3/4 cup peach nectar
3/4 cup rice milk
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons maple syrup
Dash of sea salt


1. Place all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Serve immediately.
